When a buyer contacts you, they are about 80% in the buying cycle.
Why?
Because they have done their research, read the reviews, asked a friend, watched your videos, and read your testimonies.
1. That is a lot of work they have already put in. 2. And NOW they have taken action to contact you.
From my experience, they are looking for you to answer 3 questions.
I call it- The 3 C’s to help me DECIDE.
