Back in 2019, I was looking for a new insurance company to cover my car and household contents. I was with my previous insurance company for over 10 years, they paid out when there was a claim and always gave good service, so that wasn’t the problem.
Here is the problem I had
1- The premium was too high for the value of the car
2- Each time there’s a change or claim on my policy I had to go through the hassle of calling a call centre and confirming 100 security questions.
